Ceramic foam filters of NINGXIN are developed and manufactured for the filtration of molten metals. As the most advanced filter type with the highest filtration efficiency, It can effectively reduce inclusions and turbulence of molten metal, ensuring purified molten metal goes into the mold cavity with improved flow rates.

Ceramic foam filters can effectively remove non-metallic inclusions including slag and dross from the molten metal stream. Additionally, foam filters aid in reducing turbulence in the gating system.
